    Connect to real Canadian / Ontario datasets

    1. CPSO (Ontario physician registry): export dermatology specialists as CSV, then use Import CSV/JSON above. Map fields to: name, clinic, city, province, subspecialties, accepts_ohip, phone, website.
    2. Other provinces: use equivalent college registries (e.g., CPSBC, CPSA). Merge into one CSV and re-import.
    3. Wait times (optional): add a column wait_weeks from your source. The UI will show badges automatically.
    4. Keep Ontario first: Ontario is selected by default, and Ontario Health Regions appear in the left sidebar for quick filtering.

    This page intentionally ships without third‑party APIs. Everything runs client‑side and supports secure local imports.
